I was introduced to printmaking in 2008. It started with a class at Delta College and I continued to sign-up each semester until the class was no longer available. My mentor was Miguel Guerrero. I was drawn to the acid room at Delta and favored acid etched zinc plates. Recent projects have been with Plexiglass plates. I am a member of The Tracy Art League and I was scheduled to teach a printmaking class at The Grand Theater for the Arts this year. Classes were cancelled due to COVID, but I plan to teach again when classes resume.
